I took my car in to Freeman Toyota for service and the folks were all very kind, helpful, and attentive. They even asked if I wanted my car washed! (Jaime did a great job and was very friendly!) Every time I have ever visited Freeman, for any reason, folks actually appear as though they like working at Freeman, and they act like it, too. Almost every time I arrive, I have been met at the door by some friendly fellow. Each of those friendly fellows has welcomed me, and opened the door for me. I've been to quite a few dealerships, in my time - before and after I bought a car from Freeman, all the folks have been really great! My salesmen, James Adu and Sam Scarlett are still very kind. I am so surprised that James still greets me... He KNOWS I'm going to ask him a question or two! He's always been very willing to help me, though! The service folks were all so friendly - Trey Piece, Sherry, Crystal, Mallory, Lonnie, and the really nice fellow who did such a nice job of washing my car, Jaime.

I love this car and the limited edition red leather seats are so cool and fun. The seats are comfortable, as well. Passengers are happy with the ride.

The car buying experience usually elicits a fair bit of anxiety from me, but I have to say 5 Star Subaru of Grapevine made my car purchase pretty painless. They are a business and they have to make money, I get that, but "Chief" (my sales consultant) was super easy going and I felt no hint of pushiness or pressure. We worked out a deal I was happy with and I drove away feeling good about it.

Runs great, ride is a little harsh/choppy on rough street surfaces. Good acceleration, and not great mileage on my type of trips (22) mpg of premium fuel. Good handling and hold on curves. If had it to do over again would have purchased a hybrid version.

I scheduled for a home pick up. No one showed up, so I called to see what happened. It turns out my online reservation went to the wrong dealership. But the advisor immediately got a pick up set up, and got my vehicle to the dealership. They got all the work done and even took care of some recall work that my vehicle needed. We’ve owned Lexus cars for the past almost three decades, between ES, LS, RX Andrew note that we moved to the city wanted a smaller SUV. So we opted for this NX300. Meets expectations. It doesn’t have the comfortable plush ride like my LS460, but it’s almost as good a ride as my last three RX350’s in a smaller size. It’s very comfortable for the size and hugs the road well. It’s reasonably quiet for the size.

This car is the perfect size crossover for me. Not too big but enough legroom even in the back. Great performance with comfort for long travel if needed.
