Just brought my certified pre-owned Lexus vehicle in for service and have zero complaints. First: called for service & only had to press one button & wait for one ring to talk to a person. Second: they got me in for service today. Third: the service (oil change, cabin filter, tire rotation) was free because it?s a certified pre-owned car. Fourth: my service advisor said it would take about 90 minutes & it was just under 2 hours. From the number of people & cars, I had zero confidence in his estimate! Fifth: the waiting area has zones including free snacks & coffee, soda water, a quiet room, an area of comfy chairs & a work area with desks. They even buffed out a few marks on the back bumper?all for $0. From out my door to back home in 3 hours was a breath of fresh air after other experiences I?ve had at BMW & Mercedes dealerships in the past. (Farzad sold us the car back in Novermer?he was great, too!)

I love this car and the limited edition red leather seats are so cool and fun. The seats are comfortable, as well. Passengers are happy with the ride.

The color combination is what I was looking for and this vehicle is fully loaded with the latest safety/technology features. Smooth ride, great sounding radio, quiet cabin, pre-collision system, lane departure alert with steering assist, heated steering wheel, windshield wiper de-icer, voice command. With lights set to automatic the high beam headlamps go on at night and off automatically when they sense a headlight coming toward me.

The environment is good, the service is good, too. The service staff introduce the car in detail patiently and warm-heartedly. I am very happy with his service.

I have enjoyed owning this car. It is reliable, aestically pleasing to the eye, gets great gas mileage, and has the right amount of space for my needs.

I worked with employee Marcus, and if ever needed I would request to consult with him specifically because he went above and beyond in every aspect. I love my new truck. Great leg room. I have to get use to the size because I drove an is300 an i sat down low now I'm up high. Plus I was use to zipping in an out. I am not sure of how much space i have now. Minor adjustment

Runs great, ride is a little harsh/choppy on rough street surfaces. Good acceleration, and not great mileage on my type of trips (22) mpg of premium fuel. Good handling and hold on curves. If had it to do over again would have purchased a hybrid version.

I bought a used 2018 NX 300 and I love it. The only drawback is the gas mileage is not good. Overall it’s a classy vehicle.

Rees was my greeter and was an excellent source of information and sales expediter. Rees explained the CarMax process and then Listened to the car features I required. He did searches of car max inventory, searches of manufacturers’ sites for additional info, and requested transfer of a vehicle from another location. There was no pressure to buy (CarMax has a five day return policy). Paperwork was efficient, and I even got help getting both the car I bought and the car I arrived in home. It was my first solo car buying experience so I especially appreciated that I got a car that suited me at a fair price and no hassle

When we went to car max on gulf freeway to look for a new vehicle the salesman were very caring and helpful to find the velociraptor we wanted.
