What a GREAT experience!!! After a NIGHTMARE dealing with DarCar Lexus of Englewood in NJ, I went right over to Orange County Lexus and am so glad I did!! My husband and I were greeted outside in the lot by Tyler Figueroa, who then proceeded to assist us in showing us a few options. My wife's car was about 6 months away from end of lease and she decided that she drives too many miles and would like to buy her next car. So we decided to start looking. We first went back to our Mazda dealer and told them we were looking for a used car and gave our budget. We were basically told they didn't have any used vehicles (really?), and that we should wait and see if any promos run. I used to drive Altimas (I had 3 - last one in 2010) so I suggested she look at that car and we went to Rockland Nissan. We were immediately greeting by Michael, new to Nissan, but very nice and professional. After discussing what we wanted and that we didn't think we could get one right now, he looked at inventory andour budget, and found us a car we could get. So we agreed and filled out the paperwork - the only real hiccup was when we spoke to their finance manager - the monthly fee was higher than we were promised. The issue was my wife was over in miles on her lease so Tim O'keefe (the main guy there) came in, sat with us and in no time we had a deal at a price we were happy with.We got a 2017 Altima 3.5 SL with only about 35k miles for a very fair price. My wife LOVES the car and we couldn't be happier. Fast forward to the next day - she noticed some damage on the front bumper that wasn't disclosed. Perhaps no one noticed, but we took it back and without a thought, they agreed to fix it for free. Now I was so impressed with Tim that I told him (jokingly) I have about a year on my Mazda 6 and I'd love to get a new Altima. He asked me to come in the next day and he'd find a way to get me what I wanted at the price I was comfortable with. So i showed up early in the morning and Tim introduced me to Dave. A very experienced and excellent sales person - one of the best I've met in the industry. He was honest and patient and we went over everything I wanted. He showed me a few models and I fell in love with the 2019 Altima SL in Storm Blue (really nice color - looks almost black). We went back over to Tim and before I knew it, we had a deal. The only negative thing is I was there for six hours before I left with the car. They were very busy and I believe a bit understaffed. I have to say though, I LOVE this car and could not be happier with how I felt taken care of. This dealership treated me like I was their top priority (except when I had to wait for a while) and the overall experience was fantastic. 2 days - 2 Altimas. I'll be going back there for sure. Thanks to Tim, Dave, Michael, and the rest of the Rockland Nissan team!

Runs great, ride is a little harsh/choppy on rough street surfaces. Good acceleration, and not great mileage on my type of trips (22) mpg of premium fuel. Good handling and hold on curves. If had it to do over again would have purchased a hybrid version.

I was driving by this dealership and was happy to find it here on Cars.com too and now have a hub to their inventory on my favorite Car site! I am an online car shopping junkie of a sort and when I do decide to move on my next Used vehicle I will check Dover Used Car Center first because when I walked in I was treated as a person and not a target! I love my Lexus and always go to Lexus of Ramsey to have it serviced even though there's a closer Lexus to me. My salesman Imran is the very best there is!! Naiem in the service dept is wonderful. I always feel taken care of. Always plus one service!!

We’ve owned Lexus cars for the past almost three decades, between ES, LS, RX Andrew note that we moved to the city wanted a smaller SUV. So we opted for this NX300. Meets expectations. It doesn’t have the comfortable plush ride like my LS460, but it’s almost as good a ride as my last three RX350’s in a smaller size. It’s very comfortable for the size and hugs the road well. It’s reasonably quiet for the size.

We went to Lexus to buy a car and Tyler Figueroa was our salesman. He was perfect from start to finish. He ended up staying 2 hours after closing time to help us complete our sale. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He was extremely patient and truly wanted us to be happy with our purchase. I bought a used 2018 NX 300 and I love it. The only drawback is the gas mileage is not good. Overall it’s a classy vehicle.

The color combination is what I was looking for and this vehicle is fully loaded with the latest safety/technology features. Smooth ride, great sounding radio, quiet cabin, pre-collision system, lane departure alert with steering assist, heated steering wheel, windshield wiper de-icer, voice command. With lights set to automatic the high beam headlamps go on at night and off automatically when they sense a headlight coming toward me.
