New and used 2025 Lexus NX 350 Premium AWD for sale near Hickory Hills, IL

On last visit Jeff was great as always. I know him for more than 10 years. Always cooperative and willing to help. Never try to sale you more than you need.

I got the option to test drive a hybrid NX. And after driving it I can honestly say I'm much happier driving my NX350 gas version (I have a 2025 NX 350 Luxury). First I notice the hybrid felt under power, and then I realize that my gas version has a stronger engine with the turbo. Second the sound that the hybrid makes like a droning noise, did not like that. The driving experience on my gas feels great compare to the hybrid version. Now I did not do a road test with the plug in, but from everything I have heard that is the one to get. At this moment don't have a house, so gas is the best option for me. But after we buy our house then i feel like the plug in is the way to go, especially with the bigger horse power. And yes I understand the save in gas of a hybrid but I'm spending big money on NX and I want to enjoy the drive. If i want to save money then I will go for Toyota and save a lot more on gas. (the 350h is for people who want to save money on their gas bill and 200hp is enough as they want luxury from A to B and don't need it to be fun). So that for me is not a factor, for me is the drive and the comfortable of a luxury product. And yes I get it Lexus luxury ain't what it used to be many years ago, but in 2024 it's better then a Toyota luxury. Example RAV 4 limited vs NX luxury, I prefer to spend more money on the NX for the luxury level in todays market of 2024. So Luxury with a good driving experience are it for me...and of course the reliability of Toyota/Lexus makes it all the better then any other brand for me.

I had a great experience buying g a used car all the people at this dealership are caring and wonderful they care wheather you buy used 15 thousand dollar car or new up in the 50 thousand range after 13 days I told them I had a problem with used car I bought and because Lexus has INTEGRATY they took care of it wonderful place to do bussiness our salesman was Oscar very nice man

My car, a 2013 RX350, was scheduled for a 100,000 check up. My service rep, Efren, attended to my appointment in an efficient and friendly manner. I felt very comfortable with him. He was a pleasure to interact with.

Just got our first Lexus, the whole process was very smooth with no price haggle. Robert Pesce was immensely helpful, he understood what we were looking far and we were able to get the right vehicle in a short time despite it being in high demand. We forgot a few things in our old car that we traded, Robert mailed those to our home. Very happy and satisfied. So immensely grateful to Robert Pesce for his kindness.

Returned from a winter in Florida and had to jump my E 350 to get to the Dealership, with the electrical system messed up and needing a 40000 mile service. Showed up Saturday morning at 7:00 AM without an appointment in line with 5 others with appointments . Dino met with me in less than 10 minutes and provided the full service in less than 3 hours. Another example of the special service at this Lexus dealer.

My Lexus was serviced for its routine oil change. Done in less than hour including free car wash. Chris let me know of a couple of bad tires and recommended having them replaced asap. He did not try to oversell the work to me which I appreciated. Thanks again Chris!

From the moment you walk inside, you are treated likely royalty. You can tell they put Customer satisfaction at the top of mind, keeping up with high expectations of Lexus Customers. I was treated fairly, and respectfully from the start to the end of our transaction. I went back a few days later for window tinting, and was treated the same at the Service department. I can't see going anywhere else for another Lexus vehicle, or for service.. Well done Woodfield Lexus!
