I just bought a 2025 Land Rover Defender 110 x dynamic se from St Petersburg Land Rover. Steve Sinclair was the salesman. I have to say that Steve went above and beyond all expectations! I didn't even go to St Petersburg to see the car. We did everything over the phone. He was so helpful with everything. He sent me multiple videos and pictures. He answered all of my questions and he took my calls all hours of the day and night. I spent over a week discussing this vehicle and asking all kinds of questions. Steve was patient and never acted like it was a bother. After I finally decided to buy the vehicle he actually drove 3 hours to deliver it to me. He spent a couple hours sitting in my driveway going over everything with me. Then he had to take an Uber 3 hours home. Steve went above and beyond in everyday possible for me! I had a wonderful purchasing experience at Lexus of Clearwater. I wound up with Jason as my sales associate and walked in knowing exactly what I wanted. I was interested in the RX 450h+, and lucky for me there was only one on the lot. I spoke with Jason about what I was looking for in a car, and he worked hard to discuss different options for me that would save me money, but I was pretty intent on this model. I had informed him we were still shopping around at other dealerships, and he made no efforts to push extra hard to get us to commit that day, but rather ensured that we felt our best interests were at heart. He advised me to do some research and compare the lifespan of different vehicles. He texted me after leaving to check in, but nothing felt overwhelming. I texted him in the morning asking about a different model (NX f sport hybrid) and we test drove it when I arrived at the dealership. I wound up solidified with the Lexus, even after having driven a BMW x50e m sport the day prior. I love my new car and I'm extremely satisfied with Jason's service.
