He gave me a great deal and spent some 1.5 hour on the phone to go over all the numbers for the lease. Joven was excellent. The service reps are always good. Joven is actually superstar! My only issue with Lexus is their tech. First, I was contacted to come in for service when I just came in month before, so this push for service should have shown up in their system that it was not due. Second, why can’t you put your DL info and insurance info for loaner cars in the app before arrival? It’s a hassle pulling out the insurance card and having to make sure they return it before you leave. Simplify!

I have leased and financed a few cars in my life and I have to say how absolutely grateful and happy I am that I decided to go to Lexus Santa Monica to lease my new 2019 Lexus NX300H. From beginning to end it was the best experience I have ever had. I was helped by sales person Nima Behnia. He was very well informed about the vehicles I was test driving and answered all my questions, and boy did I hit him with a hundred questions. This was the quickest vehicle purchase ever. I think I was in and out within 3 hours. Finance dept was also great. took care of my contract quick and everything was straight forward. I didn't feel like there was any hidden anything. My new car was detailed, filled up with gas and off I went. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends. Go GET a LEXUS!
