New and used 2025 Lexus NX 350 for sale near South Laurel, MD

Mija Aguilera is amazing sale associate. He tried so hard to find us the car that we want. He did not afraid to ask manager to give us a good deal. Also Massi kazemi is a great sales manager. He did everything he could to make us happy. I used to buy Lexus from other places but not anymore. I will definitely come back to DARCARS to buy car here because I know I will get a excellent service and the best price. I don’t think I can get a good deal like DARCARS. I got the option to test drive a hybrid NX. And after driving it I can honestly say I'm much happier driving my NX350 gas version (I have a 2025 NX 350 Luxury). First I notice the hybrid felt under power, and then I realize that my gas version has a stronger engine with the turbo. Second the sound that the hybrid makes like a droning noise, did not like that. The driving experience on my gas feels great compare to the hybrid version. Now I did not do a road test with the plug in, but from everything I have heard that is the one to get. At this moment don't have a house, so gas is the best option for me. But after we buy our house then i feel like the plug in is the way to go, especially with the bigger horse power. And yes I understand the save in gas of a hybrid but I'm spending big money on NX and I want to enjoy the drive. If i want to save money then I will go for Toyota and save a lot more on gas. (the 350h is for people who want to save money on their gas bill and 200hp is enough as they want luxury from A to B and don't need it to be fun). So that for me is not a factor, for me is the drive and the comfortable of a luxury product. And yes I get it Lexus luxury ain't what it used to be many years ago, but in 2024 it's better then a Toyota luxury. Example RAV 4 limited vs NX luxury, I prefer to spend more money on the NX for the luxury level in todays market of 2024. So Luxury with a good driving experience are it for me...and of course the reliability of Toyota/Lexus makes it all the better then any other brand for me.

Mr. Jose Redd is the employee you want to work with. I had the great fortune of helping my niece get her first car. We had been to other dealerships where we first had to get the attention of a salesperson just to see if we could find a car for her. When we walked into Jim Coleman, Mr. Redd immediately walked up to us, and asked if he could help us. His demeanor indicated to me that this was going to be an outstanding experience. Mr. Redd was attentive. He answered every question from our party of four and at the end of the encounter, it felt like we had made a lifelong friend. When we moved over to finance, I expected to be pressured and we were not Mr. Bienvenue was outstanding and the great customer service experience we had started hours early was extended into the contracting process. I have bought four cars before. This was by far THEEEEEEEEE best experience I've ever had in my life. I wish that I was in the market to buy a car (I'm not because my car is three years old) because I would definitely want to broker my deal with Mr. Redd. Outstanding! Personable! Attentive! I bought my new car from Luke at the Use Car Sales on Saturday morning, and it was the easiest thing ever! Of course, I will say I knew what I wanted and came in prepared w financing. 1. Luke is very pleasant to work with. He was pleasant to everyone he met, people detailing the car, coworkers, all the customers he met in person and on the phone. He was not pushy or had the "car salesman" attitude. 2. Financing w Lexus beat my bank's rate by over 2.5 %. In and out of fast! The total process took about max 4hrs, but that's buying a car. My experience was very nice, and I'd come back if they had what I wanted.
