I got the option to test drive a hybrid NX. And after driving it I can honestly say I'm much happier driving my NX350 gas version (I have a 2025 NX 350 Luxury). First I notice the hybrid felt under power, and then I realize that my gas version has a stronger engine with the turbo. Second the sound that the hybrid makes like a droning noise, did not like that. The driving experience on my gas feels great compare to the hybrid version. Now I did not do a road test with the plug in, but from everything I have heard that is the one to get. At this moment don't have a house, so gas is the best option for me. But after we buy our house then i feel like the plug in is the way to go, especially with the bigger horse power. And yes I understand the save in gas of a hybrid but I'm spending big money on NX and I want to enjoy the drive. If i want to save money then I will go for Toyota and save a lot more on gas. (the 350h is for people who want to save money on their gas bill and 200hp is enough as they want luxury from A to B and don't need it to be fun). So that for me is not a factor, for me is the drive and the comfortable of a luxury product. And yes I get it Lexus luxury ain't what it used to be many years ago, but in 2024 it's better then a Toyota luxury. Example RAV 4 limited vs NX luxury, I prefer to spend more money on the NX for the luxury level in todays market of 2024. So Luxury with a good driving experience are it for me...and of course the reliability of Toyota/Lexus makes it all the better then any other brand for me.

Alex was a great service advisor. Highly recommend Lexus of Glendale. They have a clean waiting room with massage chairs, beverages, and sweet snacks. Great experience!

I was reached out by Edgard against my query for a quote. From the get go he was super helpful and clear. He gave me a great deal and spent some 1.5 hour on the phone to go over all the numbers for the lease. The Customer Service Advisor, Amanda Maldonado, was the best. She listened to our frustration in not having responses from Lexus Repair Service. She guided us through everything that we needed to know. She gave us the complete services our Lexus car needed. She made the appointment, showed us the maintenance needed, the price, etc. We came back the following day for the service. All were done and even showed us what were recommended on the next visit. She even followed up via message how was the car. This kind of service is highly appreciated!!!!!

Overall positive experience. Worked with Andrew Benson and Basil in finance who were professional. Car buying is stressful and should be easier for consumers. Finding the right car can take time.
