Used Lexus NX 350 Premium for sale near Cloverly, MD

Salesman Steve Pevenstein is very responsive, this is a huge benefit for customers. His video mesaages are fun to watch. But if you want to do an internet deal finalize negotiation remotely, his management insisted I come in to get a final price, so this dealer did not get my business. Another dealer worked out a below MSRP deal and we are doing it all remotely, I only come to the dealer to pick up the car. I bought 2 Toyotas this way already, once from Warrenton Toyota and another from Bill Page.

2024 NX 350 F Sport has some great options I didn't know I'd ever need. Being able to customize just about everything is great. The Lexus system itself is easy to use but takes getting used to coming from a 2019 Jeep Compass Sport. Heads-up display, the large display screen is great, although I will say the climate controls are a bit awkward to use. It's easy enough to turn off, but turning it on is another issue. The safety features are awesome, from not being able to open the driver door if traffic is coming from behind to the lane assist, I am super happy with it. The F Sport has some giddy-up that is no joke, there are settings you can utilize; Eco, Normal, Sport, and Sport +. Each one has its advantages and disadvantages, but all are top-notch. The interior has a beautiful, sleek design that screams luxury. The only thing it is missing is the panoramic sunroof I am used to. That being said, I am very happy with my purchase.

I bought a used car from this dealership several years ago and have been bringing my vehicle here for service ever since. I have it serviced approximately every six months and when I get it back from the shop, the car runs so much better every time. I bought a 2022_NX 350. Rides great. Seats are really comfortable. My only complaint is that it requires premium gas and I've asked why many times. I've learned most of what I know on my own.

August 14, 2022 The only things that I am disappointed with the 2022 NX 350 are: 1) Software issues with CarPlay. 2) Luggage racks that came three months after purchase. 3) Purchase of tow package with car but no tow hitch accessory available through Lexus. The latter is most offensive in that Lexus built in a tow package, with an associated cost, into my car but there is not a tow hitch available to use. If a tow package is offered, and is purchased, Lexus should assure the customer that they can attach a tow hitch!

Great service from service rep and team. The valet service time was provided as requested.. pickup and returned.

Nice vehicle. Great electronics. Very comfortable to drive. Severely lacks power as a turbo 4. Lacks pep that I expected when I purchased. A 6 cylinder would be a great fit. Small gas take makes for excessive trips to the gas station .

I traded in my Mercedes ML350 for this. Mainly because gas prices are exploding and wanted something safe and more affordable. The NX250 does not require prem. gas and drives amazing. If you are looking, I would check out the Mazda as well, but you get a lot for the Lexus base model minus a moonroof which should be standard. I have had a 2003 RX and 2009 RX both same size as the 2022 NX. Love the new touch screens, but you will find that with every other car brand for much less. If you want luxury, this is the car to buy. Beautiful.

Second NX I’ve owned. My ‘17 NX200 had zero issues the 5 years I owned it. The ‘24 NX 350 FSport has everything I want and some things I didn’t know I would enjoy. I appreciate the upgraded engine and 275hp. The programmable “custom” settings is something I was surprised to have. Besides Sport and Eco mode, you can program the vehicle to where the steering and suspension is tight but you have normal throttle/shift points. The upgraded stereo is plenty loud although the “hey Lexus” infotainment is slow and still kind of clunky, albeit better than the old platform. The associated Lexus app is user friendly, and the credit card key replacing the key fob is a subtle but welcome change: one less thing to carry. Overall it is a fantastic vehicle and has aggressive lines and adequate performance that I thing rivals anything in its class. Couple that with Toyota reliability and you have a winner. Certainly worth looking at it, I’d contend worth the purchase.

I bought my new car from Luke at the Use Car Sales on Saturday morning, and it was the easiest thing ever! Of course, I will say I knew what I wanted and came in prepared w financing. 1. Luke is very pleasant to work with. He was pleasant to everyone he met, people detailing the car, coworkers, all the customers he met in person and on the phone. He was not pushy or had the "car salesman" attitude. 2. Financing w Lexus beat my bank's rate by over 2.5 %. In and out of fast! The total process took about max 4hrs, but that's buying a car. My experience was very nice, and I'd come back if they had what I wanted.

I like that the new model is a little bigger. It drives like the luxury vehicle that it is and handles very well. Hugs tight turns and accelerates very quickly. Interior is very comfortable. Yes it’s true that the new technology had a few kinks but I believe that’s been fixed. As far as your car not recognizing you when you get in, it has to be in park to load. Simply hit settings on your display and touch your name. Although the cost increased considerably for the 2022’s so has everything else increased in price. I do love the paint and new design . In the sun it looks like a sparkly gold pearl. I have had it for only 4 weeks but loving it. I also can’t begin to say enough about the amazing customer service at Germain Lexus of Naples. Every staff member is friendly and happy and so ready to help. From my sales person, Paul to the technology tech Tyler, my service advisors Rick and Lori, and finance guy Steve. The absolute best!!!!

With reservations: The car looks great and drives well. I think it is overpriced compared to other cars with similar features. I was given written information on licensing that was incorrect and required a significant amount of time to correct. Additionally, the infotainment LCD is not always intuitive and can't always provide the features I'd prefer.

Part time Delaware resident but my dream car became available in Maryland. Across the state lines, Emmanuel did amazing work to make the purchase seamless! I received a loner vehicle while my 2014 ES 350 Mark Jacobson Lexus stayed overnite at Chantilly. I woke up today January 24 full of brightness started my loaner Lexus and off we went. I did one errand and was prepared to return the loaner. Engine refused to turn over. Called my Lexus service rep Hetty Stoner and turned me over to Lexus Roadside Assistance. Came with in 45 minutes and off we went to Chantilly. Constructive tips- please give a loaner with at least half tank of gas and inform customer as to start up procedure in every loaner vehicle. Weather permitting make sure all loaners have been cleaned and washed for eye candy effect. First cabin not log cabin. I love Pohanka Lexus. Very professional and welcoming sales staff, especially Maren, which is who I worked with. Not at all pushy, and was respectful of my wishes in a car and didn't try to sell me something I wasn't interested in. Finance department was very helpful and personable.
