Second NX I’ve owned. My ‘17 NX200 had zero issues the 5 years I owned it. The ‘24 NX 350 FSport has everything I want and some things I didn’t know I would enjoy. I appreciate the upgraded engine and 275hp. The programmable “custom” settings is something I was surprised to have. Besides Sport and Eco mode, you can program the vehicle to where the steering and suspension is tight but you have normal throttle/shift points. The upgraded stereo is plenty loud although the “hey Lexus” infotainment is slow and still kind of clunky, albeit better than the old platform. The associated Lexus app is user friendly, and the credit card key replacing the key fob is a subtle but welcome change: one less thing to carry. Overall it is a fantastic vehicle and has aggressive lines and adequate performance that I thing rivals anything in its class. Couple that with Toyota reliability and you have a winner. Certainly worth looking at it, I’d contend worth the purchase.

I bought a 2022_NX 350. Rides great. Seats are really comfortable. My only complaint is that it requires premium gas and I've asked why many times. I've learned most of what I know on my own.

It's a wonderful automobile. legendary Lexus comfort and handling and a pleasure to drive. The price point is no longer a bargain, but it's worth the cost.

August 14, 2022 The only things that I am disappointed with the 2022 NX 350 are: 1) Software issues with CarPlay. 2) Luggage racks that came three months after purchase. 3) Purchase of tow package with car but no tow hitch accessory available through Lexus. The latter is most offensive in that Lexus built in a tow package, with an associated cost, into my car but there is not a tow hitch available to use. If a tow package is offered, and is purchased, Lexus should assure the customer that they can attach a tow hitch!

They are great and easy to work with. I had a wonderful experience there and would buy there again.

This is the SUV that’s perfect for me. Comfortable, quiet, great tech and great HP. Looks great. Love the heads up display, the digital rear view mirror and the surround view camera. This is the SUV to purchase if you want a small powerful luxury vehicle to drive in comfort

We stopped into Mercedes of Westmont as a second stop in our search for a new car. I am not really a fan of buying new cars, we typically buy a car and drive it until it’s dead, just so we don’t have to go thru the whole purchasing process of getting a new car. Chris at Mercedes of Westmont has completely changed my outlook on buying new cars! He is very professional, but yet relatable and understanding of the process and how to make it a pleasurable experience. We weren’t looking to purchase a car that day, but Chris really listened to our wants and needs and was able to find something for us that fit what we were looking for. I traded in my Mercedes ML350 for this. Mainly because gas prices are exploding and wanted something safe and more affordable. The NX250 does not require prem. gas and drives amazing. If you are looking, I would check out the Mazda as well, but you get a lot for the Lexus base model minus a moonroof which should be standard. I have had a 2003 RX and 2009 RX both same size as the 2022 NX. Love the new touch screens, but you will find that with every other car brand for much less. If you want luxury, this is the car to buy. Beautiful.

I like that the new model is a little bigger. It drives like the luxury vehicle that it is and handles very well. Hugs tight turns and accelerates very quickly. Interior is very comfortable. Yes it’s true that the new technology had a few kinks but I believe that’s been fixed. As far as your car not recognizing you when you get in, it has to be in park to load. Simply hit settings on your display and touch your name. Although the cost increased considerably for the 2022’s so has everything else increased in price. I do love the paint and new design . In the sun it looks like a sparkly gold pearl. I have had it for only 4 weeks but loving it. I also can’t begin to say enough about the amazing customer service at Germain Lexus of Naples. Every staff member is friendly and happy and so ready to help. From my sales person, Paul to the technology tech Tyler, my service advisors Rick and Lori, and finance guy Steve. The absolute best!!!!

With reservations: The car looks great and drives well. I think it is overpriced compared to other cars with similar features. I was given written information on licensing that was incorrect and required a significant amount of time to correct. Additionally, the infotainment LCD is not always intuitive and can't always provide the features I'd prefer.
