New and used 2025 Lexus NX 350h Premium for sale near View Park-Windsor Hills, CA

I was reached out by Edgard against my query for a quote. From the get go he was super helpful and clear. He gave me a great deal and spent some 1.5 hour on the phone to go over all the numbers for the lease. Once I had all the numbers laid in front of me ( like MSRP, sale price, cap cost, adj cap cost, base rent, tax and final monthly premium) I knew I was getting a great deal. Next day I went in and he along with his manager assisted me with professionalism and I came out a happy customer. Will definitely recommend these guys.

All I needed was a test drive to be convinced that the NX350 was the car for my family. Since taking the car home a few weeks ago, I haven't been able to find a single fault with it. It is literally perfect in every way. The exterior and interior are very stylish, the powertrain is incredibly smooth, and the infotainment is miles ahead of what I was expecting from a legacy auto manufacturer. I am genuinely so impressed with this car, and I can confidently say that it has my full recommendation for anyone looking for a gas-powered mid-size SUV with excellent fuel efficiency.

I find the service managers with whom I have worked over the last few years at the Olympic Blvd. location to be very helpful, reliably communicative, attentive to my concerns, and a pleasure with whom to deal. Hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had! AREZU (AZ) is truly amazing! I've been having a very difficult time finding a GX 460 in a specific trim and color locally in the SF Bay Area. I found the one I've been looking for, only issue it was at BH Lexus, 400 miles away...turns out, not an issue at all!! AZ went above and beyond to earn my business and make it very easy. I filled out the credit application online at noon, AZ had the car delivered to me in San Francisco at 7pm! Talk about service! Talk about going above and beyond.. I've been to most of the Lexus dealerships in the Bay Area and not one has come close to the level of professionalism and customer service I've received from Jim Falk Lexus Of Beverly Hills. Aleem drove up to deliver the car and flew back to Los Angeles! He was more than helpful and patient walking me through the paperwork and going over the features of the car. A true class act. I have leased and financed a few cars in my life and I have to say how absolutely grateful and happy I am that I decided to go to Lexus Santa Monica to lease my new 2019 Lexus NX300H. The service was top notch from the minute I pulled into the service driveway. I was promptly greeted and told that a service advisor would be with me momentarily. My service advisor was friendly and went over the his service recommendation and explained his rationale for it as opposed to the one I had selected. He promptly checked me in. The waiting lounge was very comfortable and well stocked with beverages, magazines, and computers to use, if necessary. I was regularly updated via text, and when it was time to pick up my car, the process was as simple and straightforward as when I dropped the car off.

Experience was great and the customer service of the service advisors was great also. Will be back

Anais was very helpful and very knowledgeable. I showed up without an appointment and she helped me right away, had the technician work on my car and also look up to see if there were any recalls on my car and she found that there was a recall that needed to be addressed and she had everything thing done in a timely manner on the same day. Anais was very professional and provided excellent service.
