I have leased and financed a few cars in my life and I have to say how absolutely grateful and happy I am that I decided to go to Lexus Santa Monica to lease my new 2019 Lexus NX300H. From beginning to end it was the best experience I have ever had. I was helped by sales person Nima Behnia. He was very well informed about the vehicles I was test driving and answered all my questions, and boy did I hit him with a hundred questions. This was the quickest vehicle purchase ever. I think I was in and out within 3 hours. Finance dept was also great. took care of my contract quick and everything was straight forward. I didn't feel like there was any hidden anything. My new car was detailed, filled up with gas and off I went. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends. Go GET a LEXUS!

I arrive about 15 minutes passed my appointment but was greeted with a warm smile. Brandy directed me to stay in my car and wait for a service representative. Nick came out greeted me asked how my day was going while he took my mileage we walked in and sat down I explained to him about concerns and he kept me informed about the service and how much time it was going to take to complete the job. They told me the 8 year old car I was buying was as n good shape. That was an understatement this car was phenomenal in like brand new condition. This was my first online buying experience of a car over 9 hours away (by car). Needless to say I was apprehensive. I am a picky car person like them clean all there and looking like new. All I can say is mission accomplished- great car great dealership!!

Repairs appear to have fixed issue at this point but only a few days at this point. Tge repair was done once the parts were available.

I had a wonderful purchasing experience at Lexus of Clearwater. I wound up with Jason as my sales associate and walked in knowing exactly what I wanted. I was interested in the RX 450h+, and lucky for me there was only one on the lot. I spoke with Jason about what I was looking for in a car, and he worked hard to discuss different options for me that would save me money, but I was pretty intent on this model. I had informed him we were still shopping around at other dealerships, and he made no efforts to push extra hard to get us to commit that day, but rather ensured that we felt our best interests were at heart. He advised me to do some research and compare the lifespan of different vehicles. He texted me after leaving to check in, but nothing felt overwhelming. I texted him in the morning asking about a different model (NX f sport hybrid) and we test drove it when I arrived at the dealership. I wound up solidified with the Lexus, even after having driven a BMW x50e m sport the day prior. I love my new car and I'm extremely satisfied with Jason's service.
