All I needed was a test drive to be convinced that the NX350 was the car for my family. Since taking the car home a few weeks ago, I haven't been able to find a single fault with it. I have use Stoler Lexus service since 2022 and I am very satisfied with precise and concise way that they service my LS 500. Michel Reino is my service advisor,he is very patient and knowledgeable I always take his expertise and follow his advice about my Lexus. I also will recommend Stoler Lexus technicians and body shop. Michel Reino is very good at timing he know exactly how many hours customers will spend in dealership. This is my second LS Lexus and I have been using Lexus dealerships since 2015 . I recently had my complimentary maintenance performed on my GX at Greenwich LEXUS where I purchased it. Edwin, assistant service manager, from beginning to end was very accommodating, helpful and informative. He worked with me in scheduling a date and time that worked perfectly for me knowing I travelled from Brooklyn!
