I appreciate these 3 aspects. 1. Transparent discussion based on the document: All the staff members explained every single fact based on the document, including figures, which helped us to a fast and clean process. Also, they are willing to answer for our questions over and over again, even when they were working overtime approaching midnight! 2. Professional manner and smooth process: The dealer?s team has its own special division and collaborates efficiently to ensure a smooth and efficient procedure, such as inspecting my trade-in car record, financing, choosing warranty options, and DMV paperwork. All the members kindly explained every single detail when we asked based on the documentation. 3. Very reliable support: They didn?t recommend over-spec options, and great follow-ups after finishing the entire process. Joseph is willing to take a phone call from me about any kind of questions about the vehicle. So that I can surely rely on the dealer team long term after purchasing a vehicle. Joven was excellent. The service reps are always good. Joven is actually superstar! My only issue with Lexus is their tech. First, I was contacted to come in for service when I just came in month before, so this push for service should have shown up in their system that it was not due. Second, why can’t you put your DL info and insurance info for loaner cars in the app before arrival? It’s a hassle pulling out the insurance card and having to make sure they return it before you leave. Simplify!
