Mija Aguilera is amazing sale associate. He tried so hard to find us the car that we want. He did not afraid to ask manager to give us a good deal. Also Massi kazemi is a great sales manager. He did everything he could to make us happy. I used to buy Lexus from other places but not anymore. I will definitely come back to DARCARS to buy car here because I know I will get a excellent service and the best price. I don’t think I can get a good deal like DARCARS. Ms Queanna Walker was great from start to finish, explaining to me all I needed to know about the vehicle I wanted to purchase. He manager also came over to reassure us about the choice we had made I forget his name am sorry! I love and am enjoying me vehicle to bits. Keep up the good work Ms Walker. I bought my new car from Luke at the Use Car Sales on Saturday morning, and it was the easiest thing ever! Of course, I will say I knew what I wanted and came in prepared w financing. 1. Luke is very pleasant to work with. He was pleasant to everyone he met, people detailing the car, coworkers, all the customers he met in person and on the phone. He was not pushy or had the "car salesman" attitude. 2. Financing w Lexus beat my bank's rate by over 2.5 %. In and out of fast! The total process took about max 4hrs, but that's buying a car. My experience was very nice, and I'd come back if they had what I wanted.

I have a 2024 Lexus IS 350 F Sport. The right rear tire was leaking air and had to get it fixed immediately. I contacted Brandon scott, and he was able to get me taken care of as soon as possible. Not only did he do that but he was able to get me a loaner. Great service very professional. I will continue to do business there.
