I always have a good experience when I get my car service. I only go to Lexus of Sacramento and it has been 7 years now since ive been going there. I like the advisors that assist with your appointments. Daren assisted me and his customer service and attention to detail is great! I never feel pressured to do any extra service or sold on services I don't need. I trust them and feel my car is always in good hands and will be taken care of with no issues. 🙂 In addition, everyone/employees are very friendly and attentive as well. When I'm ready to upgrade my car I will definitely trade/buy from here. Thanks always Lexus and I appreciate it!

Purchase the car a month ago and already has 850miles. Car feel great in regard,power and maneuverability. Only one major this Miles/gallon. My longest trip was between San Diego and Phoenix and back. On the way there I got max 36.5 m/g. On the way back 35.00. I hardly made it to San Diego. Tank is only 12 gal. so 36/84 m/g ....not true not even 50 miles per gal. Dealer did not explain how to drive, what to do to get maximum miles per gallon. Will take another trip probably 800 miles back and forth, will let you know in my next review

We purchased a new 2025 Lexus GX550 on May 24, 2025 from Pohanka Lexus. Our experience with our sales consultant Maren Reynolds was excellent. We had been trying to purchase a GX550 since the 2025 models were released. We had been working with three Lexus dealers to get the vehicle we wanted and Maren was the only sales person to keep in contact and supply updates as to when the color and interior we specified would possibly be available. The whole process went extremely well and Maren supplied us with all the assistance we needed to get the job done. We are very happy with our new Lexus GX 550 and the professional courtesy we were provided while completing the purchase.

It has very good acceleration when you need it on either electric motors or the gasoline engine. Frankly, this plug in electric hybrid is 95% electric in a large metro area with 36 electric miles each day after a plug in overnight. The plug in recharging draws 12 amps at 120 volts, so make sure not to overload the circuit the wall plug is on. I have used a quarter of a tank so far for 550 miles. The hybrid feature reduces the electric and gasoline usage. The ventilated leather seats, the heated steering wheel when needed, and the large dashboard display are part of the luxuries that that you would expect from Lexus. It has great safety features, but is less of a nanny than some earlier RX 350/500 models. It even automatically breaks, only as needed, much like you would yourself. The car has a little less room in the trunk and inside the car, but even as a larger person, I don’t miss it. The only issue I have is that Lexus eliminated the audible blind spot warning when signaling to turn and change lanes from all 2025 models.

I drove 2 hours to buy the car since he manage to give me a very good price and a great service. Al is one of the best , he drove my car to LA , walked me through all the steps to connect my phone to the car and more , he offered to be available for me with any future questions . He offered to drive back the next day on his day off from work to help me with paper work on selling my old car . Al fallowed up with me for 2 days to make sure I am all being taking care . Got our 2022 RX350 (atomic silver) from the Stevens Creek dealership in December, absolutely love the car very much with the last version of V6! The service provided by the dealership is incredible. Andy H is certainly the best sales supervisor (I have ever made) throughout the whole process, very professional in what he could bring to the customers, very friendly, and helpful with all our details/questions. It was not close to where I live, but my wife and I were so glad that we drove down and made the deal thereafter <1 week of car shopping. The test drive with VJ was joyful, and a big thanks to him for driving our old car to our home for us.

I make an appointment for a service visit before I take a Road trip. I like to check brakes, tires, fluids & any other concerns I may have. My Service advisor scheduled my appointment to fit my schedule & goes over any issues that might be found once the inspection is complete.

The service went well as expected with the exception that the service tech failed to return my wheel lock key to my vehicle which I realized a few feet down the road. when I went back to retrieve it I was advise by a remaining service advisor that all the service tech have left for the day and the area was locked up and I would need to come back the next day. This was not acceptable and I asked the service advisor to find someone with access which he was kind to do. He when retrieved 4 wheel lock keys to confirm which belonged to my truck. this suggest this is not an isolated issue and there or 3 others missing their wheel lock keys. This issue needs a process improvement action to preclude further some incidents.
