I?ve brought my 2015 4Runner TRD Pro ? affectionately known as Luna Noir ? here multiple times, and every visit has been nothing short of exceptional. They are responsive, cost-effective, and consistently courteous, going above and beyond to make sure my vehicle is treated with care. From the moment I pull in, I know Luna Noir is in the best hands. The level of attention and professionalism they bring to each service feels more like a VIP experience than a typical dealership visit. If I could give 6 out of 5 stars, I would. Initially all the technology was overwhelming. After getting to know the car, I really like it. I do miss the old push a button radio. You do have to take your eyes off the road to find a specific radio station.

I have driven extensively the previous generation RX and had an opportunity to drive this one in Las Vegas recently. On the positive it’s a Lexus and it will last forever nothing not even anything in Europe like Mercedes-Benz will match a Toyota product for functionality, reliability, and durability on the negative side, the previous generation was more distinctive looking. Lexa seems to be having a 67 stingray to 68 stingray moment like Chevrolet did back in the late 60s with the Corvette in the sense that the older car was superior to the new one but in general, if you need a new midsize luxury crossover, the Lexus RX remains the industry standard .

Previously owned a UX-250H. Great gas mileage, nice overall performance, but small. Rather than just go a step up to the NX line, we decided to go further up the line and get the new RX350 AWD. We’ve had the RX for 5 weeks and put about 700 miles on it, to date. I was concerned that the turbo 4 might be insufficient for such a large vehicle, but it does move quickly, if not with some ruckus. The interior is airy and bright (macadamia leather/bamboo trim on my RX) and the large infotainment screen is pretty easy to use. While it looks good in most colors, it really looks spectacular in Copper Crest—which is the hue we selected. Very happy with the purchase!

From the inquiry to the purchase …by far this was the most pleasant auto purchase I have experienced. I live out of state and had faith in the dealership after my first contact with them. All went well and they completed the regular maintenance in a very reasonable amount of time. I like the videos they show with the technician showing what they reviewed and potential future repairs to plan for.

I love taking my car to Sterling McCall Lexus since the people are very friendly, very knowledgeable and do a great service. I had problem with my car and texted my service consultant Ashley. She was not working that day. But she replied me saying that she is not working that day and told me to bring the car to the dealership. She arranged Cody to take care of my car . Cody was very friendly and knowledgeable and he took care of my car very well. I am very thankful to Ashley since she took time to answer my questions eventhough she was off that day.

finance is usually the longest part of the car buying experience. Technology has sped things up at Northside Lexus. I spend more time at a restaurant.
