I couldn’t ask for a better experience with a car dealership than the one I had at Stoler Lexus in Farmingdale. I went to browse with my husband for a new “mom car”. Gabriella greeted us and was so welcoming and friendly. She also knew so much about the SUVS available since I do NOT want a mini van, but want a car spacious enough for my two babies under two. She walked us through all the cars that she felt fit our description. She understood our concerns about the safety and longevity of the car we had in mind. I have driven extensively the previous generation RX and had an opportunity to drive this one in Las Vegas recently. On the positive it’s a Lexus and it will last forever nothing not even anything in Europe like Mercedes-Benz will match a Toyota product for functionality, reliability, and durability on the negative side, the previous generation was more distinctive looking. Lexa seems to be having a 67 stingray to 68 stingray moment like Chevrolet did back in the late 60s with the Corvette in the sense that the older car was superior to the new one but in general, if you need a new midsize luxury crossover, the Lexus RX remains the industry standard .

Previously owned a UX-250H. Great gas mileage, nice overall performance, but small. Rather than just go a step up to the NX line, we decided to go further up the line and get the new RX350 AWD. We’ve had the RX for 5 weeks and put about 700 miles on it, to date. I was concerned that the turbo 4 might be insufficient for such a large vehicle, but it does move quickly, if not with some ruckus. The interior is airy and bright (macadamia leather/bamboo trim on my RX) and the large infotainment screen is pretty easy to use. While it looks good in most colors, it really looks spectacular in Copper Crest—which is the hue we selected. Very happy with the purchase!

I recently had my complimentary maintenance performed on my GX at Greenwich LEXUS where I purchased it. Edwin, assistant service manager, from beginning to end was very accommodating, helpful and informative. He worked with me in scheduling a date and time that worked perfectly for me knowing I travelled from Brooklyn! Even after the car was washed, he saw some water spots on the vehicle and went in and came out with a rag to wipe down the vehicle. Great service and with a genuine smile!!!

We just bought a car at Mt Kisco Lexus Darcar. The sales associate, Jose De La Cruz, was top notch. If you shop there, make sure you ask for him. The dealership has its quirks for sure, but it's a good place to buy a car, and Jose will be on your side.

Matt and the used dealership was great. We talked via the phone and had everything prep and ready to go. The warranty guy, not so much. He was very pushy on a extended warranty after being told no 3-4 times. The only reason I deducted a star. We picked up a RX350 and was great process.
