I will ONLY use this dealer to buy and to repair. When I recently returned for service, I learned tat the service technician who I had developed a rapport with moved out of state. Of course I was concerned. I should not have worried!!! My new service technician, MJ, picked right up where Josh left off. In fact, after I picked up my car, I text MJ with a concern and within hours, I received a call and a remedy to my advantage. I was sooooo appreciative!

Friendly staff, they work hard to assure your satisfaction. This is our third Lexus purchased from the same dealership. The new technology in the vehicle is somewhat difficult to understand but the team at Lexus of Clearwater worked hard and diligently to help us with this new technology so we could enjoy the car. PS: The owners manual says a lot about nothing. It would benefit Lexus to rewrite it in a format that actually explains how to accomplish what you are trying to understand about the vehicle. Thank goodness for Lexus of Clearwater?s IT Guy.

He was professional, attentive, and clearly explained the services that would be performed. I especially appreciated the transparency?there was no pressure or upselling, just a clear focus on what my vehicle needed. The communication throughout the service was top-notch; I received a text update and a detailed video inspection from the technician, which gave me incredible peace of mind. The waiting lounge was immaculate and comfortable, but I barely had time to enjoy it as my vehicle was ready right on schedule. It was returned to me freshly washed and vacuumed, looking even better than when I dropped it off. It's this consistent attention to detail that sets Lexus of Tampa Bay apart. Very pleased with Alex the sales person and Alex the manager for helping me with buying my 2025 Lexus. I always purchase Mercedes Benz but they were very helpful in telling me all about the Lexus especially the maintenance and warranty. They even help me find the right color and affordable price. Hats off to both gentleman for being kind and patient with me. Sometimes, I can be very difficult to deal with but they were very convincing. Lexus of Tampa Bay is the best!
