We hadn't even bought our car at the Grapvine location. David went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I purchased 3 cars from Carlton at TCL over the years, but due to geographics I don't do much with them anymore. I needed a receipt from a year ago for some minor parts I purchased. I purchased my 2025 NX350 luxury hybrid from Monterey Peninsula Lexus. We bought a Lexus from here today. By FAR the best buying experience I’ve had. I had originally inquired about this vehicle a month prior but it was already reserved.
