I did the entire transaction online, which can always be a bit stressful as the dealership is 10 hours away from me. Mike was my sales rep and I cannot imagine anyone being more responsive, thorough, and upfront about every part of the transaction. My Lexus was serviced for its routine oil change. Done in less than hour including free car wash. Chris let me know of a couple of bad tires and recommended having them replaced asap. He did not try to oversell the work to me which I appreciated. Thanks again Chris!

From the moment you walk inside, you are treated likely royalty. You can tell they put Customer satisfaction at the top of mind, keeping up with high expectations of Lexus Customers. I was treated fairly, and respectfully from the start to the end of our transaction. I went back a few days later for window tinting, and was treated the same at the Service department.
