We met Andrew Saksa in March hoping to buy my third Lexus. Unfortunately, the specific car was not available immediately but Andrew promised that he would be able to locate it elsewhere and he certainly fulfilled his promise. Even though it took a few weeks, Andrew and his team kept us informed on the progress and approximate time of delivery. When we arrived at the Dealership the car was ready to be purchased. Jamie, who was my service advisor is always great to work with. She clearly explains what needs to be done and keeps me updated throughout the service. I waited this time instead of getting a loaner because it was a relatively quick service and was able to work in the business office. My car was washed and she applied a coupon to my service, which was a bonus!

John was my service advisor. I came in because I heard a grinding sound when I make turns with the steering wheel. John was upfront about if I had to pay for my car issue depending if it was covered by my car warranty or not. They did a good job at finding out where the grinding sound was coming from. Overall, great service!
