Extremely professional. Shannon kept me informed throughout the entire process and clearly stated what corrective actions needed to be taken and the total cost. I purchased my last 2 vehicles from Lexus of Cherry Hill and planning on purchasing my next vehicle from them. Just wish that Lexus would bring back the gs series.
