I only thought that an oil change and tire rotation was necessary during my recent maintenance service. However, the service team discovered some additional needs and the Service Advisor was awesome in explaining and breaking down all of the service options, costs and priority of each for me. Upon checkout, I had a question and the Service Team Advisor Larry Berry and Director Khai Ferguson immediately reviewed the services with me explained the next series of service issues to be addressed during my next visit. Roley was very good at his ability to provide good directions in the purchase of a Lexus Vehicle but did offer different suggestions in order for us to decide on the best product with a fair price.

Service manager Elliott Heaney did a fantastic job! My 2010 RAV4 had to be towed in for service due to a roadside breakdown on June 5. When I first talked to the service scheduler they said the soonest they could work on it was June 21. Later that day Elliot called me saying they received my vehicle from the tow service. I described the problem and the service date to him. He said he’ll try to at least get diagnostics run on it to see what the problem was. When We talked the next day he revealed the problem and said they’d try to work it into their schedule. Long story short, my RAV4 was repaired and ready for pick up on June 21. Elliotts customer service exceeded my wildest expectations and was second to none!! It was the best auto service experience of my life!! Thanks Elliott!!
