So, I did my research online and on social media and analyzed all the reviews of Lexus dealerships, each and everyone of them. Came in for a 25,000 scheduled maintenance . You guys hit it out of the park. I was greeted warmly, I was asked if there was anything I needed to report and I gave them a couple of items and we’re all taken care of. I had a noon appointment.. I was there about 15 minutes early. No problem, took me right away and I went to wait in the waiting area. Very nice area, coffee, bagels, waters, very nice courtesy area. The car was given the oil change, tires rotated and the car was washed. I was on my way around 1pm… everything was just great!
