The service consultant, Dennis Holmes, at Vlear Lake Lexus, did his usual excellent service when I brought my RX350 for maintenance. He has always been honest with advice.

I had gone to another Lexus dealership and my concern was ?dismissed?. I decided to drive across Houston to Sterling McCall Southwest. Every single person was very nice, professional, and helpful. However, I dealt with KEVIN MARTINEZ for my issue. He was simply amazing. He dealt with me/my concerns as if he would his own family. He had my car taken to the back and thoroughly checked out and sat down with me and explained everything so I could understand it and make the right decision. I picked up my car and all jobs were complete and he reviewed everything with me, reminded me when to come back for the next check-up. I drove away completely confident my car was in very good condition and all issues were covered. His manner is far above the average person. I don?t plan to go anywhere else except where Kevin is working. It was well worth the drive time.

From the inquiry to the purchase …by far this was the most pleasant auto purchase I have experienced. I live out of state and had faith in the dealership after my first contact with them. The sales person was very well knowledgeable and allowed he customer to make decisions at the customer own pace. Roley was very good at his ability to provide good directions in the purchase of a Lexus Vehicle but did offer different suggestions in order for us to decide on the best product with a fair price.
