It’s not often that we write a review about the people involved in selling something to us. But from start to finish every aspect of purchasing a car at Darcar in Greenwich was excellent. Our sales consultant,Ted,and sales manager Neerja, were very knowledgeable and highly professional. They listened to our endless questions and concerns and worked with us on finding the right car that fit our needs and budget - all without pressure. We were thrilled to drive off in our newly acquired Lexus. It’s everything we wanted!

So, I did my research online and on social media and analyzed all the reviews of Lexus dealerships, each and everyone of them. From the first moment I spoke with the staff over the phone and through many Emails and text messages to the moment I drove to the dealership and test drove and purchased a new TX 35O, I was deeply impressed with the staff’s transparency, sincerity, honesty, good faith, and customer friendly attitude in both words AND actions! Big kudos to Anisa, Zak and Niketa of the Sales team!!! And, a big shout out too to Manav who comprehensively and patiently demonstrated all the many features of the SUV to me. I recently had my complimentary maintenance performed on my GX at Greenwich LEXUS where I purchased it. Edwin, assistant service manager, from beginning to end was very accommodating, helpful and informative. He worked with me in scheduling a date and time that worked perfectly for me knowing I travelled from Brooklyn! Even after the car was washed, he saw some water spots on the vehicle and went in and came out with a rag to wipe down the vehicle. Great service and with a genuine smile!!!
