I use a neighborhood mechanic shop for general maintenance car care. But this time, I needed a front parking sensor diagnosed and consequently replaced and reprogrammed. I was told I needed to take the car to a dealer. My previous experiences with Hendricks Lexus was a good one and my issue was resolved quickly and painlessly. I was delighted that this time I happened to get the same service consultant that had handled my last issue. Willie Steineger helped me again with graciousness and efficiency. I was in and out quickly, given a beautiful loaner and picked up my own car the next morning, freshly washed and back to flawless operational condition again. Each time I have taken my car to Hendricks Lexus, I have been treated with respect and kindness, and the team behind the scenes does their thing with thoroughness and without fanfare.

I went to McGrath Lexus service center to get an oil change and my experience was extremely pleasant. I came in with my 2 year old son and Mark went above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated quickly and comfortable the entire time of service. Hello, Steve in service was awesome I was having a problem with my battery in Pendleton I headed toward the Lexus dealer in Greenvile , it was almost 4:00 PM, I CALLED Steve on my way and told him my problem and that I was coming hoping to make it be 4:30, I did, Steve was waiting for me and took the Lexus SUV 350 straight back to the mechanics and before I got comfortable in the lounge he told me it was the battery and the cables, I agreed to fix it right then and they were finished with the repair plus vacuum and washed the car. Paid Steve and I was on my way home by like 5:15/5:30. Steve was great and I was thrilled with the service he gave me and the warranty. Thank you so much especially being a widow it’s so nice to have dependable people like Steve and Lexus of Greenville to help me. I won’t use anyone else and will recommend you.

We have purchased our last two pre-owned Lexus cars from Germaine Lexus. They gave us a better deal than all other Lexus dealerships and pre-owned car dealerships in Southwest Florida... twice! Initially they gave our trade-in a much higher Kelley Blue book rating than other dealerships, along with a terrific warranty for a pre-owned car, new tires & they give you lifetime oil changes and free car washes. Our visit to the service department the other day was for a nail in our tire which our tire warranty took care of and while there a problem with our battery was discovered and future problem averted because of their discovery. Scott Fielding was our service agent and he was pleasant and helpful as all their service and sales people have been. Germaine has the most pleasant waiting area serving coffee, sodas, yummy snacks and my favorite tazo chai tea. We have recommended Germain Lexus of Naples too many people because of our satisfaction with our vehicle purchase and service there.

Everyone was very polite and courteous, despite things being a bit backed up when I arrived. I waited in the lobby, and once my car was taken in, the estimated time was spot on! When I got to my car, I was a little annoyed that my seat and mirrors were moved, as I'm very tall, and could not get into the drivers seat until I moved it back. There was also a change in the digital dashboard that I had to open my manual to figure out how to reset and see my speed! But these where minor things... I shall be curious to see how the service differs next year when I'm no longer under warranty.

He was professional, attentive, and clearly explained the services that would be performed. I especially appreciated the transparency?there was no pressure or upselling, just a clear focus on what my vehicle needed. The communication throughout the service was top-notch; I received a text update and a detailed video inspection from the technician, which gave me incredible peace of mind. The waiting lounge was immaculate and comfortable, but I barely had time to enjoy it as my vehicle was ready right on schedule. It was returned to me freshly washed and vacuumed, looking even better than when I dropped it off. It's this consistent attention to detail that sets Lexus of Tampa Bay apart. I am not one to place reviews but we experienced the most impressive service from Park Place Lexus. We purchased our second Lexus before realizing it did not have some of the features our older one did. We first talked to David Barrychuck, Parts Director, at Grapevine Park Place.
