From the inquiry to the purchase …by far this was the most pleasant auto purchase I have experienced. I live out of state and had faith in the dealership after my first contact with them. I love taking my car to Sterling McCall Lexus since the people are very friendly, very knowledgeable and do a great service. I had problem with my car and texted my service consultant Ashley. She was not working that day. But she replied me saying that she is not working that day and told me to bring the car to the dealership. She arranged Cody to take care of my car . Cody was very friendly and knowledgeable and he took care of my car very well. I am very thankful to Ashley since she took time to answer my questions eventhough she was off that day.

They told me the 8 year old car I was buying was as n good shape. That was an understatement this car was phenomenal in like brand new condition. This was my first online buying experience of a car over 9 hours away (by car). Needless to say I was apprehensive. I am a picky car person like them clean all there and looking like new.
