Roley was very good at his ability to provide good directions in the purchase of a Lexus Vehicle but did offer different suggestions in order for us to decide on the best product with a fair price.

I use a neighborhood mechanic shop for general maintenance car care. But this time, I needed a front parking sensor diagnosed and consequently replaced and reprogrammed. I was told I needed to take the car to a dealer. My previous experiences with Hendricks Lexus was a good one and my issue was resolved quickly and painlessly. I was delighted that this time I happened to get the same service consultant that had handled my last issue. Willie Steineger helped me again with graciousness and efficiency. I was in and out quickly, given a beautiful loaner and picked up my own car the next morning, freshly washed and back to flawless operational condition again. Each time I have taken my car to Hendricks Lexus, I have been treated with respect and kindness, and the team behind the scenes does their thing with thoroughness and without fanfare.

We had a rather complicated issue with starting our Lexus...sometimes it would start and other times not. We live in Southern Pines NC and the Toyota dealer there had been trying for almost 10 months to try to isolate this issue....after keeping the car again for another three days...it kept starting so the problem could not be identified We finally took it to Johnson Lexus and it just then did not.start...Jeffrey was our lead man on the issue and quickly helped solve the problem...so far our Lexus is behaving nicely...thanks to all involved. Have been to Johnson Lexus for years now...always been 100%

I drove 2 hours to buy the car since he manage to give me a very good price and a great service. Al is one of the best , he drove my car to LA , walked me through all the steps to connect my phone to the car and more , he offered to be available for me with any future questions . He offered to drive back the next day on his day off from work to help me with paper work on selling my old car . Al fallowed up with me for 2 days to make sure I am all being taking care . I want to express what a great job Anthony Vitale did today and how happy I am with the service that was provided by your dealership. My tire pressure had been low and filling up my back tire just was not working. I decided to just show up at the dealership without an appointment to see if the service department could figure what the problem was. There was a nail in my tire; however, not only did they repair my tire, but they checked and topped off all of the fluids and washed my car. Anthony was extremely professional and took care of everything at no charge. What a great experience!

Erin did a great job. She explained everything that was going to happen during this first service and that they would wash the car when they were done.
