Doug answered all my questions and went out of his way to make the purchase a positive experience. They told me the 8 year old car I was buying was as n good shape. That was an understatement this car was phenomenal in like brand new condition. This was my first online buying experience of a car over 9 hours away (by car). Needless to say I was apprehensive. I am a picky car person like them clean all there and looking like new. All I can say is mission accomplished- great car great dealership!!

Visited dealership for 35 miles service. All of my concerns were addressed and resolved. I would recommend this dealership. My service advisor was very helpful, friendly and professional.

The sales person was very well knowledgeable and allowed he customer to make decisions at the customer own pace. Roley was very good at his ability to provide good directions in the purchase of a Lexus Vehicle but did offer different suggestions in order for us to decide on the best product with a fair price.

Advisor Jeffrey Peel was very helpful . He explained the work that was needed for the job. He showed me the facility and the waiting period for the work. I would give Jeffrey five stars for his professionalism .

When I purchased the vehicle in.April 2024,.I absolutely loved the vehicle. It was an easy process. The staff was friendly and professional. Now, I still love my vehicle!
