It might be early for my review, since we have only owned the car a month; however, the Lexus has so far lived up to its reputation. I'm still getting used to all the electronics, but there are a number of safety features that enhance the driving experience.

Ever since I moved from Volvo quite a few years ago I have stuck with Lexus RXs. From reading the worst years were w0017 through 2009 and I experienced that after I read about and I also learned that the best years are 2010 through 2015 In terms of suspension tuning and realiability. The best car for the money and AWD is the only way to go!

Bought this car used in 2017 with 111 K miles and put almost 50k on it since then. We’ve had one minimal repair (under $300) since we bought it. With local driving and 3 cross country trips we’ve replaced tires and the battery but this is hands down the most dependable car we’ve ever owned. We’ve thought of replacing it with a newer model but can’t justify it. We LOVE this car!!!

I was shopping for a used Jeep. I went to three difference places before I came here. The first three places had all types of hidden fees and some even bumped up the pricing if if we were financing. John assured me over the phone that the prices were real and that they didn't charge any hidden fees, and everything he said was true. Even with my credit not being good he got me approved at a payment I could afford. Make sure you ask for John when you go !!!!!!!!

We bought this car in Jan2014 with under 39K miles. Now has 183K. Our second Lexus (our new 2007 ES350 had 238K when we sold it). Best car for the money. Local shop keeps it in top kit. My dog and I do 50-100 miles daily in the mountains. Wouldn’t change a thing on it. 18mpg all short trips. Great cargo room (Bogey dog agrees). Safe, comfortable, well-designed and put together. If it’s out there, I’d buy another one like it in a heart beat. Mo’ better than my 00 Boxster!

This 2021 RX is a great vehicle, everything about the RX is high quality, quiet, quick, smooth, well built. Only complaint is cabin is built so tight that I farted in car at airport parking lot. Came back two weeks later from a trip overseas and it still stunk inside.

I bought my 2022 RX 350 Premium in February, it rides comfortably and the outward visibility is good, overall built in quality and safety features makes you feel at ease and confident on the road ahead, I’m 64 yrs old 6’2 230 lbs and both front ventilated seats are very comfortable. Don’t believe the hype of the Mark Levinson audio system which in itself an excellent addition adds up $$$ to the overall price and unless you have to drive a concert hall all day it is not needed, the built in quality HD system on the Premium suffices for most users, the added CD is a welcoming experience for an old gizzard like me and my classical CD’s. I do not care to start my vehicle using my smartphone, personally the Lexus app is not useful to me, as my choice is to start the vehicle the old fashion way key-fob in my pocket. Thus far I do not use the kick sensor for the power rear door it’s simply enough to touch the bottom on the rear tailgate. I find the touch pad user friendly, no convoluted problems using it on my 8’ inch screen, love the dials quality buttons on the 8 inch screen as well. This RX 350 2022 model is the last of the V6 smooth buttery engines with sufficient power and acceleration yet economical enough, it doesn’t require 91 octane gasoline as it is engineered to perform on 87 octane. Overall I’m very pleased with my 2022 RX 350 and plan to keep it until death keeps us apart. Thank you for reading my heartfelt review.

Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

I am on my 4th RX350. I love my current 350 but it is 10 years old so I’m looking to replace it. Would not consider another car. It is like new with only 79,500 miles. They are great vehicles.

I Have owned five Rx350’s. I live in a rural town in South Carolina and drive a lot. I have a 15 that has 207000 trouble free miles. I’ve only done normal maintenance. I bought a 14 about a year ago that was one owner with 54000. It now has 76000 on it. The 15 was built in Canada and the 14 was build in Japan. We Love the Rx350 although We don’t like the body style on the 16 up.

i learned my best approach would be going to an authorized dealership. i knew the car year & model that i wanted. i started compiling an excel list with all the car details. i google searched all mercedes dealerships starting in NJ (figured used car conditions there would be better) & noted all the mileage, prices, interior/exterior colors. i went through all of them, & wasn't too impressed & seemed a bit out of my price range for good mileage. the very last dealership i came across was Silver Star Motors in Long Island City. i checked their Certified Pre-Owned List & they had 2 exact options that i would be extremely happy with (light beige interior - which was harder to find!). the mileage & price for both options was a total steal compared to all the other dealerships.. a steal deal by far! I sent in on Sunday (they were closed) the submission of interest to schedule a test drive. I got a phone call from a rep at Silver Star Motors on Monday morning, who eventually connected me to Diana Sokolova. She called & texted me, first making sure that they actually still had both cars. She was very friendly, professional, direct, and prompt with all the replies. Quickly confirmed that both cars were indeed in store, & that i could come in to check them out. once i got there, she immediately welcomed (i didn't have to wait an hour or so like the previous experience at the private dealership), & took me straight to the cars, which were side by side next to each other. i already had a preference between the 2 options, & was able to test drive the main preference in no time. they had to shift about some cars to bring it down, i was very surprised how fast it was done. Diana was very knowledgeable & answered all of my questions with assurance. She definitely also helped pace out the test drive longer so that i could feel extra confident that the car in test was the one. she never rushed to end the test drive, much appreciated! After the test drive, i was certain to purchase. The price was exactly as advertised, no hidden fees, or anything. They advertised that as such, truly is the case.. again no hidden fees! I wasn't able to get the price down any, but the price was already so good. Great price, unbelievable mileage, perfect condition as used. The car was practically new! After finalizing, Diana was amazing once again! i had to call to set up and purchase car insurance, she helped make that process extra easy and smooth. With that done, i had the chance to drive home with the car right away. I made a request on numbers that i like for a license plate, & by luck it all worked out with the timing because of Diana's handle! Got exactly what i wanted! It was getting late, Diana & the whole Silver Star Motors team was indeed able to get everything in order at the end, & i was able to drive the car home on spot! (otherwise would've had to return the next day) I'm a beyond happy customer at Silver Star Motors; & I'm still completely grateful for Diana's amazing help with the 1st time purchase! The interior is spacious with all the amenities found in other mid-size luxury SUVs. When the windows are all up, it is very quiet. The engine and transmission are very smooth, quiet and powerful. The exterior design is elegant. The braking system is responsive and does not require too much force to adjust the braking distance. Overall, this is an excellent mid-size SUV.

I love my Lexus and always go to Lexus of Ramsey to have it serviced even though there's a closer Lexus to me. My salesman Imran is the very best there is!! Naiem in the service dept is wonderful. I always feel taken care of. Always plus one service!!

This is my second RX and I’m so happy with the first, I need to get one again. The size is right for a woman, not to high nor low. Perfect for young and the old. I would have opted for the 2021 model if I’m not retired. The salesperson gave us a great deal we can’t refuse. This car will definitely take me to many places in style, comfort and value.

This was the "best" experience I ever had buying a car!!! From the start I felt taken care of. Les the manager was very helpful and accommodating. He even offered to pick me up from the bus stop if needed. After the sale I had some minor concerns with the vehicle. He made sure all was checked out and fixed.
