I Have owned five Rx350’s. I live in a rural town in South Carolina and drive a lot. I have a 15 that has 207000 trouble free miles. I’ve only done normal maintenance. I bought a 14 about a year ago that was one owner with 54000. It now has 76000 on it. The 15 was built in Canada and the 14 was build in Japan. We Love the Rx350 although We don’t like the body style on the 16 up.

Best costumer service all around! Bought two cars from Henry and I woulnt think twice to go back to this dealer if I needed a third car.

This is my second Lexus. I originally had an ES 350 which was a wonderful car. I am very happy with the Lexus RX It drives nicely, is roomy, spacious, comfortable, and is an excellent car to own

We bought this car in Jan2014 with under 39K miles. Now has 183K. Our second Lexus (our new 2007 ES350 had 238K when we sold it). Best car for the money. Local shop keeps it in top kit. My dog and I do 50-100 miles daily in the mountains. Wouldn’t change a thing on it. 18mpg all short trips. Great cargo room (Bogey dog agrees). Safe, comfortable, well-designed and put together. If it’s out there, I’d buy another one like it in a heart beat. Mo’ better than my 00 Boxster!

I don’t believe the bad reviews because everyone that I Met there was phenomenal. My sales person was Daniel he had very thorough knowledge of the BMW I was looking to purchase. He was the one who greeted me when i walked through the door and even thanked me when i left. I.J. Is a one of a kind General Manager and is as nice and professional as can be. Then at last there was the Finance Manager, Jessica. She was a very nice lady who assisted me throughout the financing process. The part most people dread was a breeze as everything was thoroughly explained to me. I’m one of the people that never buys warranty but Jessica gave me enough information to make an informed decision and purchase it with my financing. It might be early for my review, since we have only owned the car a month; however, the Lexus has so far lived up to its reputation. I'm still getting used to all the electronics, but there are a number of safety features that enhance the driving experience.

The car-buying process is generally terrible, but we give Mag, Chuck and the rest of the team at Sheehy a lot of credit for making it about as painless as could be. Our conversations over pricing were clear and direct. And they were very flexible with our schedule when we went in to finalize the deal. In the often slimy world of car sales, we couldn't have asked for a much smoother experience.

I like the car, except dashboard cracked & peel many places. I am very disappointed on the problem. Lexus never recall for it, Why. I found many owners reported. Thinking of purchasing another Lexus, but ....

Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

This 2021 RX is a great vehicle, everything about the RX is high quality, quiet, quick, smooth, well built. Only complaint is cabin is built so tight that I farted in car at airport parking lot. Came back two weeks later from a trip overseas and it still stunk inside.

Purchased a Corolla XSE 2023 in December of 2022. For six months I was trying to find a blueprint color XSE. I called several dealerships looking for this color but no luck. I love my new RX350! I love the Atomic silver and the styling. The technology is not real user friendly, but it can do a lot! It’s nice to drive, since it is so quiet and smooth riding. I paid cash but still hand to pay full retail price for the Certified 2021 with low miles. The dealership in Tulsa was great, though.

I recently purchased a 2022 Lexus LS500h AWD trading in my 2022 LexusLS500 Luxury. I bought my 2022 RX 350 Premium in February, it rides comfortably and the outward visibility is good, overall built in quality and safety features makes you feel at ease and confident on the road ahead, I’m 64 yrs old 6’2 230 lbs and both front ventilated seats are very comfortable. Don’t believe the hype of the Mark Levinson audio system which in itself an excellent addition adds up $$$ to the overall price and unless you have to drive a concert hall all day it is not needed, the built in quality HD system on the Premium suffices for most users, the added CD is a welcoming experience for an old gizzard like me and my classical CD’s. I do not care to start my vehicle using my smartphone, personally the Lexus app is not useful to me, as my choice is to start the vehicle the old fashion way key-fob in my pocket. Thus far I do not use the kick sensor for the power rear door it’s simply enough to touch the bottom on the rear tailgate. I find the touch pad user friendly, no convoluted problems using it on my 8’ inch screen, love the dials quality buttons on the 8 inch screen as well. This RX 350 2022 model is the last of the V6 smooth buttery engines with sufficient power and acceleration yet economical enough, it doesn’t require 91 octane gasoline as it is engineered to perform on 87 octane. Overall I’m very pleased with my 2022 RX 350 and plan to keep it until death keeps us apart. Thank you for reading my heartfelt review.

I am on my 4th RX350. I love my current 350 but it is 10 years old so I’m looking to replace it. Would not consider another car. It is like new with only 79,500 miles. They are great vehicles.

I received a loner vehicle while my 2014 ES 350 Mark Jacobson Lexus stayed overnite at Chantilly. I woke up today January 24 full of brightness started my loaner Lexus and off we went. I did one errand and was prepared to return the loaner. Engine refused to turn over. Called my Lexus service rep Hetty Stoner and turned me over to Lexus Roadside Assistance. Came with in 45 minutes and off we went to Chantilly. Constructive tips- please give a loaner with at least half tank of gas and inform customer as to start up procedure in every loaner vehicle. Weather permitting make sure all loaners have been cleaned and washed for eye candy effect. First cabin not log cabin. I love Pohanka Lexus. Very professional and welcoming sales staff, especially Maren, which is who I worked with. Not at all pushy, and was respectful of my wishes in a car and didn't try to sell me something I wasn't interested in. Finance department was very helpful and personable. The entire experience from start to finish was warm and welcoming. I felt appreciated and respected.

Bought the RX with 130,000 miles on it and put on only 11,000 miles in the year. It's the, 'wife's' car. We use it a lot on the weekends. Had to replace the rear shocks which really improved an already smooth ride. A spouse complaint is that there is no where to put your sunglasses like you can on the ES. My RX is a 2012 so we do not have a heated steering wheel. Wish we did. Overall, we love the car, and will probably look for another used Lexus!! Smooth ride!

Right now the purchasing process is great, paper was ready to be signed, the car was delivered very with no issues. Gino the salesman was very coutious and understanding. Still waiting to gety tags which is not due until later in the month.

Bought mine used with 135,00 miles on it. Best driving vehicle I've ever owned. Extremely comfortable, and super stylish. Great power and wonderful options! Taken this on some long trips, and it performs better than I could ever imagine!

Friendly staff. They make you feel welcomed and even served me coffee while I waited to hear from the banks if I was approved for the vehicle I wanted. They explained everything including warranty, the features of my vehicle. After I signed for the vehicle and made it mine, my sales person even helped me program my phone to the bluetooth, set my radio stations, and program the vehicle to the way I like it. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know looking for a vehicle.

I am soooo Happy! My credit is not the best, I went to some other dealerships that advertise on the radio. Let me tell you, those dealerships all had some kind of gimmick, scam or the cars and payments were terrible. My uncle told me about M&M, and from the time I walked in the door I felt at home. Bought used Sept 2014 at 20k miles, now close to 10 years on at 140K as of Nov 2023, we have never NEVER EVER had any issues with this vehicle. All we've done were oil/filter changes between 6-10k intervals, tire changes, pads/rotor changes, and that is it. Approaching 120k, we service (belt, spark plugs, gaskets, waterpump, thermostat, ),. I am Truly impressed and amazed with this vehicle.
