My wife has a 2020 Lexus RX450h and it has been a reliable transportation for the past 4 years. We saw the 2025 Lexus RX350h and we decided to get it too. Everything would have been perfect except for the 3 circular blemish on the paint on the left side of the hood as you face the car. We brought it back to the dealership but even their expert detailer could not fix the problem. The dealership did not offer any other solution. I just decided to bite the bullet on this one.

Just had the best buying experience! If you're in the market for a Lexus I highly recommend stopping by Bobby Rahal of Lancaster County and meeting with Cody Sofranek. I've been in the market for a car since July, and was beyond frustrated with the lack of communication and commitment given by sales people at other dealerships. The problems were vast. They were not concerned about my needs, not hearing back from them for weeks, and a lack of knowledge about the cars they were selling. All of that changed when Cody approached me in the lot. He made it clear from the beginning that he was not here to be pushy and was only here to answer questions and help. I knew I wanted a Lexus 350H because my neighbor has had 2 used ones and raved about them. I was a little surprised at the price but after I took a test drive I was hooked. The interior is extremely comfortable with many technical choices for comfort and entertainment. I told my husband this car does everything but fly! I got the new color - copper crest - and I love it! I've been driving it in "eco" mode and I've been getting over 37 mpg. It does take premium gas but the mileage makes up for it.

Lexus of Brookfield is a friendly place. Of course, when we first went there, we were just looking. But then we kept going back because everyone made us feel welcome. There was no high pressure from Al, our sales rep, just a "how can I help you approach." He took the time to answer all our questions & concerns. When the paperwork was signed, he gave me a beautiful bouquet of red roses. Such a classy & thoughtful way of saying "thank you" for my business.

My first service appt guided by Rosalie went well. She explained every step of the process, gave me her business card and phone number to ensure my next visit goes well too.

Craig is always friendly and very accommodating in every way. I hope to keep him as my advisor.

Service was a little slow but expected on a Saturday morning. Bonnie made the wait worth coming back excellent customer service!

It took almost (4) hours for an oil change and inspection. Everything else was exceptional. The staff was engaged and informative.
