We drove our 2015 Mazda CX-9 (never had a problem with it) from FL to AR and it started making noise in the engine area after we arrived. Third row seat is useless even for a toddler. I bought it used from Enterprise. All service up to date from Enterprise was from Lexus dealers. That's a great sales incentive. Good mileage for such a large vehicle but not up to EPA estimates. Most quiet vehicle I have ever owned and a great place to be on the interstate. Power is adequate. I expect and will get many years of service from this vehicle. The Toyota Hybrid system is the best available from any make and if you keep the hybrid air filter clean it will outlast the car.

This is by far the best dealership experience I have ever had. I’m 67. I purchased my Z at this dealership. I traveled from Maine because of the ratings, the deal and the treatment I got over the phone and in person. Drove from Texas to Missouri to buy this vehicle. On the drive back to Texas, we got 30mpg. It took us several days to figure out ALL the features but OMG, this is the best vehicle we have ever bought! Great safety features, excellent mileage, and when you punch the gas pedal, it turns into a beast. Lots of room in the backseat, very comfortable front seats, very quiet and smooth ride. Also found out that backing off on the gas pedal in residential areas will boost your City mpg. So far we are averaging 30.3 combined mpg.

I had to get a tire replaced that was covered by wheel and tire protection plan. David quarterbacked the process and made sure everything went smoothly. Loved the technician video that showed everything that was checked during the repair. It was a great experience!

From top to bottom, front to back, inside and out there is little I would change on this vehicle. It's been a jewel to drive.

I bought this vehicle as I'd had a Toyota Highlander Hybrid for years and it was the best vehicle we've had (have had Ford, Dodge, Chrysler, GM, BMW) for reliability. The Lexus fit the bill, luxurious, good pickup, comfortable, lots of tech that I love. The exterior design is sporty and it doesn't look like a round blob or a box like many SUV's do. The L version has enough room to travel with two large dogs and their crates. The gas mileage is a big plus for me - so far getting 27-29 mpg.

I bought this car new in 2018. This is a superior SUV. GREAT MILEAGE for something this big. The driving position is perfect for me. No problems for the first five years, then this August the cruise control started acting up. Since this is a hybrid, each wheel is driven by a electric motor. In normal mode w/o cruise control the vehicle drives like new. However, when the cruise control is engaged, the car pulls to the right. I have to constantly keep the steering wheel straight. When I disengage the cruise control, the car stops pulling to the right. I mentioned it to my Lexus service rep and he said this is the first he's ever heard of it. No investigation into this issue was ever initiated.

I love how the car drives, the quality of the materials and design, the service I get with Lexus overall. It's the only car in my life that I have owed, that I absolutely love. I have had the car 2 years now, absolutely zero mechnical, electrical or other problems. Not one repair has been required other than normal maintenance. The one thing that would be nice would be for Lexus to integrate android/apple auto software. Such a huge opportuity for them as their apps are clunky.
