Joven was excellent. The service reps are always good. Joven is actually superstar! My only issue with Lexus is their tech. First, I was contacted to come in for service when I just came in month before, so this push for service should have shown up in their system that it was not due. Second, why can’t you put your DL info and insurance info for loaner cars in the app before arrival? It’s a hassle pulling out the insurance card and having to make sure they return it before you leave. Simplify!

Ron Holbrook had our vehicle ready and waiting for us when we arrived. The whole process went smoothly and didn't take longer than necessary. He definitely raised the bar as far as car shopping experiences go!

Sometimes when buying a car it feels like you?re surrounded by sharks. That was not the case here with Andrew, he really took the time to explain everything and for lack of a better word hold my hand through the process. I am beyond happy with my service from him and from Rudy from finance as well. Everything felt easy, and effortless. I?ll definitely be recommending them to everyone.

When we first came our sales rep was not the best; luckily we got a new sales rep Brandon who was great and did an amazing job with a speedy process while still being kind and respectful to us. This dealership ended up working with us and giving us a great day; Rudy in the finance department was very knowledgeable and great with his process for us too! He was able to get us a few more discounts as well they really took the time to prioritize us so even though we had a rocky start with the first guy the rest of the crew was there to pick up slack and make it happen to us.

My service representative is Vanessa and she is excellent and very professional. She provides excellent follow up and is very knowledgeable regarding my vehicle. I have leased and financed a few cars in my life and I have to say how absolutely grateful and happy I am that I decided to go to Lexus Santa Monica to lease my new 2019 Lexus NX300H. From beginning to end it was the best experience I have ever had. I was helped by sales person Nima Behnia. He was very well informed about the vehicles I was test driving and answered all my questions, and boy did I hit him with a hundred questions. This was the quickest vehicle purchase ever. I think I was in and out within 3 hours. Finance dept was also great. took care of my contract quick and everything was straight forward. I didn't feel like there was any hidden anything. My new car was detailed, filled up with gas and off I went. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends. Go GET a LEXUS!
