New and used 2025 Lexus TX 350 Base for sale near Columbus, OH

Our experience yesterday in purchasing a gently used (mileage was 9000) 2021 Lexus RX350 was AMAZING! Our salesman, Bill Marshall, was so knowledgeable about the features of the car and was happy to answer any and all questions. He conducted the entire transaction in a manner that could not have gone more smoothly. The business manager, Jeani Britton, exhibited the same high quality of experience! She was awesome, as well. It was probably the best car-buying experience we have ever had. I highly recommend this dealership and the two people instrumental in helping us achieve our goal yesterday, Bill and Jeani.

Excellent service. Raymond and Johnny were great. Raymond kept me well informed during the service. I spent four hours there due to a repair. I watched Johnny for most of that time while I was sitting ioutside. Inside was freezing. Johnny was amazing. He never stopped moving. He did various things—-answering questions, driving cars, directing people etc. it was a well orchestrated service dept and he appeared to have much to do with it being so. He knew everything. Maybe he is the service manager. He was always courteous and explained things well. Everyone I had contact with was courteous and pleasant.

Our experience was overall the best experience at any dealership. The car was just listed and had not yet gone through their inspection process when we came in for a test drive. We made our decision to purchase after talking through some of the obvious issues and pending the inspection. They were agreeable to remedy. The day we came to pick it up, we took it for another test drive and discovered items that were not remedied as agreed upon and identified additional issues. Our sales consultant, Noah worked through the misses and miscommunications, bringing sales manager, Andy into the conversation. They took ownership, apologized and delivered on everything that was agreed upon. We picked up our vehicle are very pleased! Their desire was to make it right and make sure we experienced the Germain level of care and service. Kudos to Noah and Andy - integrity matters!

What started off as an Internet inquiry soon became a 2025 450h Luxury Lexus for me. I had an idea of what I wanted, and Wayne Bosley jumped into action. This was our first day actually shopping and we had no intention to buy at the first place we stopped. Al Leo listened and knew exactly who we were and what we wanted. The car we left with was just what I was looking for and didn;t know it yet. The dealership is beautiful and as many lovely features. I?m stickling with Lexus of Clearwater!
