Had a great experience at Lexus of Arlington. We visited later in the day on a Saturday, assuming I'd have to come back another day to really see the car I was hoping to check out, but I quickly connected with Vlad and he was able to answer all of my questions and let me see the car I was looking for right away. I did the entire transaction online, which can always be a bit stressful as the dealership is 10 hours away from me. Mike was my sales rep and I cannot imagine anyone being more responsive, thorough, and upfront about every part of the transaction. Professional, polite and personable, I always felt like I was in good hands. He picked me up at the airport, drove me back to the dealership, and I was on my way within an hour. I have purchased Mercedes, Audi, and other luxury brands, but this was by far the best customer service experience I have ever had purchasing a car. By the way, the vehicle, a Lexus LC 500 convertible is incredible as well!
