Had a great experience at Lexus of Arlington. We visited later in the day on a Saturday, assuming I'd have to come back another day to really see the car I was hoping to check out, but I quickly connected with Vlad and he was able to answer all of my questions and let me see the car I was looking for right away. The team made the process so smooth I was able to check out the car and complete my purchase before closing time (almost)! Definitely would bring my business here again.

Our sales person, Alex Castro, was excellent. We've purchased several cars from him before and he helped select a vehicle that he thought would work for us and he was correct. We bought the 2025 NX350H and it's perfect for us. Your finance department helped us through all the paperwork that was involved in purchasing a new car. And I'm sure Tom in Service will also help us to maintain our new Lexus as he always does. We've been very satisfied Rohrman customers for many years and this purchase was our fourth Lexus.

I went to McGrath Lexus service center to get an oil change and my experience was extremely pleasant. I came in with my 2 year old son and Mark went above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated quickly and comfortable the entire time of service. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful which made this experience much better than I anticipated (due to me being there with a toddler). I am truly grateful for all of the staff especially Mark. My inquiry on a used, non-Lexus car, started off with quick responses and the requested details. I was impressed with the quickness and accuracy of their response. I went in test drove and purchased the car! Jamie was kind and not aggressive at all. He let me take my time and stayed an hour after close to help. Overall, a positive experience.

From the moment you walk inside, you are treated likely royalty. You can tell they put Customer satisfaction at the top of mind, keeping up with high expectations of Lexus Customers. I was treated fairly, and respectfully from the start to the end of our transaction. I went back a few days later for window tinting, and was treated the same at the Service department. I can't see going anywhere else for another Lexus vehicle, or for service.. Well done Woodfield Lexus!
