Our sales person, Alex Castro, was excellent. We've purchased several cars from him before and he helped select a vehicle that he thought would work for us and he was correct. We bought the 2025 NX350H and it's perfect for us. Your finance department helped us through all the paperwork that was involved in purchasing a new car. I did the entire transaction online, which can always be a bit stressful as the dealership is 10 hours away from me. Mike was my sales rep and I cannot imagine anyone being more responsive, thorough, and upfront about every part of the transaction. Professional, polite and personable, I always felt like I was in good hands. He picked me up at the airport, drove me back to the dealership, and I was on my way within an hour. I have purchased Mercedes, Audi, and other luxury brands, but this was by far the best customer service experience I have ever had purchasing a car. By the way, the vehicle, a Lexus LC 500 convertible is incredible as well!
