They told me the 8 year old car I was buying was as n good shape. That was an understatement this car was phenomenal in like brand new condition. This was my first online buying experience of a car over 9 hours away (by car). Needless to say I was apprehensive. I am a picky car person like them clean all there and looking like new. After three Lexus purchases, my faithful and customer focused service assistant, Patrick S retired from Lexus. I was very nervous about working with a new service assistant as I love consistency!
