I had the best car buying experience I have ever had! I cannot say enough good things about everyone that helped me. Everything went so smooth, from the paperwork, to the explanation of everything, to the time it took to get everything handled. Honestly, everything went perfectly. Every single person I interacted with at Lexus Naperville was so kind and helpful. They also really know their stuff. I asked a million questions about the car I wanted and the packages I was interested in and they were able to answer all my questions with ease. Everything was explained to me very well. I'm really glad I got them. I have with all my cars and trust me, they make the difference. Very worth it. I want to thank Kamil, Gabby, Ben and AP. If there is anyone I forgot I'm so sorry! I'm so grateful to each of them! Truly truly made the experience easy, completely stress free and I really did feel like I was in good hands. Oh also, the car I got was a used car.
