My husband and I traveled from Syracuse, NY to this dealership to look at a Toyota 4 runner that was at Darcars Lexus in Mt. Kisco. Our sales person was Matt who was very knowledgeable and friendly from the minute we walked into the dealership. Both Matt Dillman and Ed Bartoli made our purchase pleasurable. Some items with the car needed to be taken care of and Matt made sure that happened. Purchasing a car at this dealership was amazing. All the employees seemed happy, friendly, and professional . My husband and I were in the market for a GX 550 in a specific color, I called all the dealerships on Long Island and Stoler was the dealership we ended up deciding to work with. I spoke to Sam and he was a very clear and straightforward communicator. He kept us up to date on when our vehicle would be coming in and was just an absolute pleasure to work with. Came in for a 25,000 scheduled maintenance . You guys hit it out of the park. I was greeted warmly, I was asked if there was anything I needed to report and I gave them a couple of items and we’re all taken care of. I had a noon appointment.. I was there about 15 minutes early. No problem, took me right away and I went to wait in the waiting area. Very nice area, coffee, bagels, waters, very nice courtesy area. The car was given the oil change, tires rotated and the car was washed. I was on my way around 1pm… everything was just great!
