He was professional, attentive, and clearly explained the services that would be performed. I especially appreciated the transparency?there was no pressure or upselling, just a clear focus on what my vehicle needed. The communication throughout the service was top-notch; I received a text update and a detailed video inspection from the technician, which gave me incredible peace of mind. The waiting lounge was immaculate and comfortable, but I barely had time to enjoy it as my vehicle was ready right on schedule. It was returned to me freshly washed and vacuumed, looking even better than when I dropped it off. It's this consistent attention to detail that sets Lexus of Tampa Bay apart. After initially having a frustrating experience with Lexus of Clearwater regarding my out-of-state registration, I want to update my review to reflect the positive outcome after reaching out to the General Manager, Kimberly Couch. Kimberly took the time to listen to my concerns and genuinely worked to make things right. After I provided documentation showing that I had to pay for registration out-of-pocket due to a delay between the dealership and the DMV, they promptly issued me a refund. I truly appreciate the professionalism and care shown during this resolution process. While there were challenges after the sale, I?m glad to see that the leadership at Lexus of Clearwater values their customers and stands behind their service. Very pleased with Alex the sales person and Alex the manager for helping me with buying my 2025 Lexus. I always purchase Mercedes Benz but they were very helpful in telling me all about the Lexus especially the maintenance and warranty. They even help me find the right color and affordable price. Hats off to both gentleman for being kind and patient with me. Sometimes, I can be very difficult to deal with but they were very convincing. Lexus of Tampa Bay is the best!
