Bought an RX350 from Chuck Cunningham . He did a great job and made the process easy. Finance guy (Don’t remember his name), was very rude and unprofessional. He was the worst part of the whole purchase.

What a pleasant experience! The service staff was very knowlegeable and courteous! They did everything they could to make my visit worthwhile! I always know they will be on my side and assist me in obtaining the best service of my Lexus available! Ryan always comes through and goes they extra mile! This dealership is fortunate to have such a great team member!!!

Buying my car from Lexus of Sacramento was a very easy process. Carlos the salesman was friendly and very good at finding the car that we wanted in the color we wanted and having it here the next day to test drive. Everything went smoothly from finding the car and buying the car, all the way down to Mike in finance getting all the paperwork in order quickly and giving us information for options on the car. I let Patrick my sales person know exactly what I wanted and needed in a new car. I was very specific about exterior and interior colors and amenities as well as safety and performance requirements. He delivered my car which was perfect to the last detail! He even took the time to explain all the ?bells and whistles? instead of telling me to look them up on YouTube! Other than having to leave my 13 year-old car behind it was a wonderful experience!
