Bought a used 2011 Toyota 4runner. Fast, easy process and the Salesman, Erik Lesansee was very professional. There was no pressure, just an honest conversation with good communication throughout.

The work performed was done well took abit of time but the truck is running awesome with the new bilstien shocks and struts.

I purchased 3 cars from Carlton at TCL over the years, but due to geographics I don't do much with them anymore. I needed a receipt from a year ago for some minor parts I purchased. I sent a request and literally within minutes Stewart in parts emailed me the receipt. It has to be the worlds record. I have forgotten how good they are.

I want to express what a great job Anthony Vitale did today and how happy I am with the service that was provided by your dealership. My tire pressure had been low and filling up my back tire just was not working. I decided to just show up at the dealership without an appointment to see if the service department could figure what the problem was. There was a nail in my tire; however, not only did they repair my tire, but they checked and topped off all of the fluids and washed my car. Anthony was extremely professional and took care of everything at no charge. What a great experience!

Very pleased with Alex the sales person and Alex the manager for helping me with buying my 2025 Lexus. I always purchase Mercedes Benz but they were very helpful in telling me all about the Lexus especially the maintenance and warranty. They even help me find the right color and affordable price. Roley was very good at his ability to provide good directions in the purchase of a Lexus Vehicle but did offer different suggestions in order for us to decide on the best product with a fair price.

Had a oil change and tire rotation.Other things checked out.Also car was washed and cleaned when work finished.It was about 2 hour wait.Plenty of knacks and yes coffee,water and other drinks.As usual walked out and viewed new vehicles.
