He gave me a great deal and spent some 1.5 hour on the phone to go over all the numbers for the lease. Once I had all the numbers laid in front of me ( like MSRP, sale price, cap cost, adj cap cost, base rent, tax and final monthly premium) I knew I was getting a great deal. Staff/Advisor was friendly and helpful. Offered coupons on services and parts. They also have partnership with Costco which can offers discounts. Service costs are lower than competitors.

Hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had! AREZU (AZ) is truly amazing! I've been having a very difficult time finding a GX 460 in a specific trim and color locally in the SF Bay Area. I found the one I've been looking for, only issue it was at BH Lexus, 400 miles away...turns out, not an issue at all!! AZ went above and beyond to earn my business and make it very easy. I filled out the credit application online at noon, AZ had the car delivered to me in San Francisco at 7pm! Talk about service! Talk about going above and beyond.. I've been to most of the Lexus dealerships in the Bay Area and not one has come close to the level of professionalism and customer service I've received from Jim Falk Lexus Of Beverly Hills. I purchased a 2020 CLA 250 from Lexus of Cerritos and I am extremely happy with my purchase. It was hassle free, I also had a trade in (that went smoothly as well) and drove off with my used CLA about 3 hours later. My salesman was awesome! He surprised me with a huge red bow on my car when I walked out to head home. It put a huge smile on my face. I would highly recommend this dealership.
