My car, a 2013 RX350, was scheduled for a 100,000 check up. My service rep, Efren, attended to my appointment in an efficient and friendly manner. I felt very comfortable with him. He was a pleasure to interact with.

Returned from a winter in Florida and had to jump my E 350 to get to the Dealership, with the electrical system messed up and needing a 40000 mile service.
