Good experience at Westside, I just want to complain about the receptionist at the front, not Billy, he is very nice, is the 2 girls at the appointment desk , she got my wrong telephone number and said I didn’t schedule for service, I told her if I didn’t schedule, I won’t have come, she found my correct phone number and schedule my appointment without mentioning about your awesome service that you have individual Advisor , she just didn’t care, she shouldn’t be doing customer service , fortunately, my wife saw Billy at the front , he helped us introducing us to Wilber Escobar , my name is Say Chee, I was there at around 10:35am Friday 7/1/22

From the inquiry to the purchase …by far this was the most pleasant auto purchase I have experienced. I live out of state and had faith in the dealership after my first contact with them. Doug answered all my questions and went out of his way to make the purchase a positive experience. Though I live out of state, I will definitely contact them if I am ever in the need for another automobile.
