I went to McGrath Lexus service center to get an oil change and my experience was extremely pleasant. I came in with my 2 year old son and Mark went above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated quickly and comfortable the entire time of service. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful which made this experience much better than I anticipated (due to me being there with a toddler). I am truly grateful for all of the staff especially Mark. I will be getting all of my services done at this location.

Just got our first Lexus, the whole process was very smooth with no price haggle. Robert Pesce was immensely helpful, he understood what we were looking far and we were able to get the right vehicle in a short time despite it being in high demand.
